Shipping & Returns

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for 99% of our orders.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this rate for our oversized items and glass framed prints as they require a specialist sensitive freight carrier. The cost of shipping these items is $50.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email with a tracking notification so you can see the estimated delivery date.

 

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours from ordering.

All of our orders are dispatched via courier. If you cannot be at home we suggest sending to your work address. Alternatively you may leave a note advising that there is a safe place to leave your order. In this instance we cannot take responsibility for any lost deliveries.

Unfortunately not. All of our orders are dispatched via courier which is why we require a street address for delivery.

Sure can! Just select pick up in store at checkout and wait for your email to let you know that you order is ready to collect in store.

We are so sorry to hear that you order has arrived damaged. Please email us immediately at hello@oxleyandmoss.com with a photograph and details of the damage so that we can issue you with a replacement, refund or store credit.

Ooops! Look like our superhuman joy makers made a mistake. Please email us as soon as you receive your order with the details at hello@oxleyandmoss.com and one of our team will get back to you ASAP.

No problem! We get it, online shopping is super convenient but sometimes we just don’t love what arrives as much as we thought we would. We are happy to offer exchanges (where possible) or store credits for change of mind.

 

You will need to pay for return postage and then postage for us to send you a replacement.

 

Store credits will be issued less delivery fees.
